Before a hard conversation, an AI to think it through with.
Before a hard conversation, with a partner, a parent, a boss or a friend, it helps to know what you actually want to say and how it might land. An AI is a good place to work that out: you can say the messy version first, find the one sentence that matters, and think about how the other person might hear it. superemotion remembers who that person is and what has happened between you, so its view is about your situation, not a generic script.

Start with what you want
Most hard conversations go wrong before they start, because we know what we are upset about but not what we want to happen. Saying it to an AI first, in whatever order it comes out, is a quick way to find out.
A useful question to answer is: if this goes well, what is different afterwards? A changed plan, an apology, a boundary, or just being understood. Each of those needs a different conversation.
Find the one sentence
When you are nervous, you tend to over-explain. It helps to find the single sentence you need the other person to hear, such as "I need you to tell me when plans change", and to build around it.
superemotion can help you shorten it. Ask it what the core of what you said is, and it will tell you plainly.
Think about how it will land
Because superemotion remembers the people in your life and what has happened with them, it can help you think about this particular person. If your sister went quiet the last time you raised money, that is worth knowing before you raise it again.
It will not write you a manipulative script or promise how the other person will react. It can help you go in clearer and calmer.
Afterwards
Come back and say how it went. superemotion will remember the conversation and the outcome, so next time the subject comes up, it knows the history.
If the conversation involves someone who has hurt you or makes you feel unsafe, prepare with a person or a support service as well, and put your safety first.
