The terms, in plain words.

These terms apply when you use superemotion at superemotion.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

superemotion is in early access. It is not priced yet, and nothing is charged. Features, limits and availability may change, access may be by invitation, and parts of it may not work as well as we would like. We will say so plainly when something changes that affects you.

You must be 18 or older. Give us a real name and an email address you can receive mail at, keep your password to yourself, and use the account yourself. You are responsible for what happens under it; tell us at hello@superemotion.app if you think someone else has used it.

superemotion is not therapy, not a crisis service, and not a substitute for care from a person. It does not give medical, legal or financial advice. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency number.

Replies are written by an AI model. They can be wrong, incomplete, or misremember something you said. Do not rely on them for decisions that matter without checking.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or use superemotion to harm, harass or threaten anyone.
• Attack the service, including probing it for weaknesses, overloading it, or getting around its limits or safety checks.
• Access what is not yours, such as another person's account or data.
• Resell or automate it without our written permission, including scraping it or using it to build a competing product.

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it to the providers named in the Privacy Policy, only as far as needed to run superemotion for you: to reply, to remember, and to keep the service safe. We do not use it to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

Accounts receive free credits to use the service, and more for inviting friends. Credits have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may change as the product does. Inviting people is for people you know; invitations sent in bulk or to made-up accounts do not earn credits.

You can stop using superemotion at any time, and ask us to close your account by writing to hello@superemotion.app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law or someone’s safety prevents it.

superemotion is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to any particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, superemotion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it, which today is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update this page and its date, and email you before a significant change takes effect. Using superemotion after that means you accept the new terms.
